Greens Sauteed with Bacon
What’s the best way to make spring greens more exciting? Add some bacon!
In the farmstand: spring greens, bacon
- 2 or 3 handfuls spring greens spinach, kale, chard, beet greens, etc and/or use a combination
- 4 pieces bacon local
- Cook bacon in a skillet.
- Add the greens to cook until wilted and bright green.
