Silent Auction

Thank you to the local businesses and artists who donated items to help raise funds for our education scholarship fund!

Accessibility — Accessible parking will be available in the main lot in front of the farmstand. The terrain around the farmstand, café, and food tent is relatively flat. There are no stairs, however, the site otherwise has uneven terrain and inclines in varying areas.

Tickets & Donate

Pumpkin Festival has always been a family friendly event, and this year we’re hoping to make it our biggest annual fundraiser yet as we became a Vermont non-profit corporation in 2020!

We’re asking festival participants to purchase tickets (either in advance or upon entry) in order to raise funds for our educational programming. We’d also like to make it accessible, so are asking for a minimum of a $5 per person tax-deductible donation. If you are able to pay more, your generosity will support educational programming here at the farm, including scholarships for summer camp tuition and kids’ programming.

Where are your dollars going?

  • $15 will fund 2 children on a school field trip
  • $35 covers the cost of a fall season pass for a 2-5yo to attend our Little Farmers program for 5 weeks
  • $75 will fund 1 day of summer camp for 1 child

Volunteer (2023)

Shifts — There are two shifts (9:00–12:30 and 12:00–3:30) or you can opt to help for a full day, with a lunch break. While the 3.5 hour and full day shifts are recommended, we would be happy to work around your availability; there’s an option to write in hours when you sign up.

Roles — From games and crafts to waste recovery, merch and check-in table support, and festival ambassador, there are many roles to choose from! Choose your preference when you sign up.

  • Merch or Check-In Table Support
  • Games, Crafts, Face Painting, Cider Press
  • Waste Recovery, Tidy Team
  • Festival Ambassador, Crowd Control

Perks — We love our volunteers! As a volunteer, you’ll receive a discount coupon for the farmstand (valid through December 2023), free entry to the festival, and a voucher for free lunch from the Cedar Circle food tent.
