April Break Camp

At Cedar Circle’s April Vacation Camp, your camper will have lots of opportunities for outdoor fun and to get their hands dirty. (Less screen time, more dirt!)

We believe curiosity and learning are empowered through fun, hands-on experiences. Much like our summer camp, experienced staff facilitate campers entering 1st through 6th grade (ages 6-11) through small group activities that range from nature prints and seeding in the greenhouses; to making mud pies, playing games, and more!

Part of our days will be spent in the Yellow Farmhouse at Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center. We’ll also be spending plenty of time outdoors, so campers should be prepared for all kinds of weather.

Safety, fun, and community building are the foundation of our education programs. Our program is designed to instill a strong sense of stewardship and belonging among our campers, the environment, and one another.

2026 APRIL CAMP INFORMATION

CAMP DATES

Monday, April 20th - Friday, April 24th. Attend individual days or the entire week.

CAMP HOURS

9:00AM - 4:00PM

CAMPER AGES

This program is designed for children in grades 1 to 6 (ages 6–11).

CAMP COST

$435 full week / $87 per day*

A non-refundable deposit of $10 for each day of camp is due at registration. You risk losing your camp placement if the total balance is not received by March 20th, 2026. For those registering after March 20th, tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. This policy does not pertain to registrants who have applied for financial assistance or a payment plan. 

If camp tuition is cost prohibitive for your family, full and partial need-based financial support are available. Our financial support application is available in our camp registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For withdrawals more than 1 month (30 days) before the first scheduled day of camp, we will refund your tuition 100% less the deposit. We do not refund withdrawals less within one month of the start of camp.

We do not give refunds if a camper misses one day due to illness or dismissal. We will consider refunds case-by-case if a camper misses two or more days due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask that adults notify us of their camper's absence by phone or email as soon as possible.

Note: In the event that registration is low by March 20th, 2026, we will cancel camp and offer a 100% refund of paid tuition and deposit(s). Registered families will be informed via email.
