Little Farmers Program at Cedar Circle Farm

We are really excited about a couple of new education programs being launched this fall on the farm. Watch for news about new programs for schools, homeschoolers, and adults on our website. Beginning on August 25, 2015, we are offering a new program for toddlers! We’re looking forward to provide our youngest visitors with a fun and engaging way to experience the farm with a program called Little Farmers.

Our Little Farmers program, designed for children between the ages of 2 & 5, will begin on August 25, 2015, and run every Tuesday from 10-11am through November. Each program day, our Young Farmers, together with their parents, will be guided by an experienced educator as they venture out to the corners of our farm. We’ll explore and discover the natural wonders of our farm as we stimulate our senses. Water, seeds, flowers, soil, insects, chickens, tractors and vegetables are a few of the themes we will investigate during our morning sessions.

Little Farmers participants do not need to register. Simply show up on the day of the program and join in the fun! The cost per program day is $5 per participating child. Parents are required to attend with their children (there may even be some learning in store for them too)!

If you have any questions about the program, please don’t hesitate to contact me at eric@cedarcirclefarm.org
