A Summer of Flowers & Connection
Imagine strolling through a vibrant, certified organic cut flower garden, selecting the freshest blooms and herbs to create a unique bouquet each week. From July 11 to September 11, PYO Bouquet CSA members will enjoy:
- Weekly Harvests – Pick either 25 flower stems or three herb bunches each week.
- A Special Bonus – In August, members get to double their picking session, bringing home twice the beauty!
- Exclusive Member Event – Join us in July for a members-only garden tour and social, where you can connect with fellow flower lovers and soak in the magic of our gardens.
- Sharing the Joy – If you can’t make it one week, a friend or family member can pick in your place.

Explore Our Beautiful Cut Flower Garden
Our ¾-acre, certified organic flower garden is a haven of color, fragrance, and biodiversity, home to over 100 varieties of annual and perennial blooms. From bee balm, cosmos, larkspur, and zinnias in late June to amaranth, celosia, and sunflowers in the fall, there’s always something fresh and inspiring to harvest.
But our garden isn’t just about beauty—it’s part of our commitment to organic, regenerative farming. In 2023, we began transitioning a portion of our cut flower garden to a perennial production system, a shift that:
- Increases native plants in our landscape (like New England aster and Rudbeckia)
- Supports native pollinators (such as the yellow-banded bumble bee and Viereck’s sweat bee)
- Reduces our carbon footprint by cutting back on plastic waste, water use, and greenhouse heating
- Builds soil health with deep-rooted perennials that feed soil biology and require less tilling
As a community farm and education center, we’re always evolving to support sustainable agriculture. We are two years into our 5-year plan to convert half of our flower garden to perennials—while still growing annuals for abundant, diverse harvests each season.
