Freezing Herbs

A quick way to preserve your herbs!

Take any fresh herbs and an equal amount of oil. Wash and dry your herbs and remove any tough or inedible potions.

Puree the herbs and oil together and pour into an ice cube tray. Or just place the leaves in the ice cube tray and pour oil over them to cover. Freeze.

Once frozen, pop the cubes out and place in a freezer container. Make sure you label your containers! They should keep for up to six months.
