Did you resolve to focus on learning new things in the new year? Check out our winter class and workshop offerings:

Sauerkraut Workshop

The goal of this adult workshop is to inspire you to feel confident in creating your own recipes. We will share some of the history of this tasty traditional food as well as its many health benefits. There are two sessions to choose from on Saturday, January 25: 10am-12 pm OR 1-3 pm. Register

• Make your own Dried Flower Valentine!

More details to come about this family workshop but save the date for Saturday, February 8th.

Jr Iron Chef VT

This culinary program is geared toward a middle school students’ skill set. The lessons take a well-rounded approach to teaching students culinary skills that will develop and expand their love and curiosity for cooking and food. This session of Cooking with Middle Schoolers will be focused on preparing for the Vermont FEED Junior Iron Chef Competition on March 14 in Burlington, VT. The 6-week session starts Monday, January 27, 3:30-5:15pm. Register

There’s no better time to daydream about sugar snap peas, asparagus, and summer than when the ground is frozen and the trees are bare. Think ahead and sign up for these programs now, while we wait for warmer weather to come!

Summer Camp

Curiosity and wonder are all around us during our week-long summer camps! Campers ages 6-11 learn about food, agriculture, and ecology by getting their hands dirty and exploring the farm. We believe that students are the most engaged and learn best when their inquisitiveness and hands-on experiences are encouraged and empowered. Learn more & register

Become a Junior Counselor this summer! Junior Counselors, ages 14 and up, are an integral part of the Cedar Circle Farm Summer Day Camp Team. Working alongside our summer educational team, they engage with campers throughout the day as they assist camp educators in running activities, setting up for lessons, and helping general group management.
