Workshops are held at 225 Pavillion Rd, East Thetford, VT.

Family Workshop: Dried Flower Valentine Making

Join us for this family-friendly workshop where we’ll use our dried flowers from the farm to create a beautiful 3-D card, complete with window box envelope to preserve it. We’ll provide a demo to guide you, and then you’ll be able to make as many cards as you’d like while we offer guidance for your homemade Valentine’s Day cards.

When: Saturday, February 8
Time: 10am-12pm
$35 for up to 10 dried flower Valentines with window box envelopes.
For an additional $10 you can make additional classic college Valentines with traditional envelopes within the allotted time.

Sauerkraut Workshops

Join Cedar Circle Farm’s Kitchen Manager, Theo Damaskos and Education Manager Meredith Rivlin in this workshop where you’ll learn the basics for creating your own sauerkraut! We’ll supply the materials, including Cedar Circle Farm’s organic produce, and you’ll leave with a jar of soon-to-be-ready sauerkraut and instructions on how to finish it at home.

The goal of this workshop is to inspire you to feel confident in creating your own recipes. We will share some of the history of this tasty traditional food as well as its many health benefits.

When: Saturday, January 25, 2020
Time: Choose between 10am-12pm OR from 1-3pm

Making Fire Cider

Fire Cider is gaining in popularity as an immune-boosting tonic. Combining the heat of garlic and peppers with the sinus-clearing powers of horseradish, along with other anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial ingredients, this stuff is a staple on the shelf during winter’s cold and flu season.

Join Cedar Circle Farm’s Education Manager, Meredith Rivlin, as she shares a few different recipes and together you’ll make some of your own Fire Cider to bring home while learning about how it works and its history. Cost includes all ingredients and supplies.
