Financial Support

We strive to make our education programs accessible to individuals of all ages, regardless of financial barriers. We have partial and complete need-based financial support available to those for whom cost is a barrier to participation. Our financial support is given on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to summer camp families.

Please reference our Financial Support Guidelines. Our guidelines are structured using the American Camp Association’s Income Eligibility guidelines.

• Summer & Spring Vacation Camps

To apply, please first fill out the Child Information form for the camp that your child will attend. (Click the “Register” button on the Summer Camp page to register for Summer Camp, and the button on the Spring Vacation Camp page to register for the Spring Camp.) After filling out and submitting the form, you will be able to access our financial support application. If you have any questions or are unable to access the application, please contact us at education@cedarcirclefarm.org.

Payment plans are also available, whether you are receiving financial support or not. If you are applying for financial support, you may request a payment plan in the financial support application. If you are not applying for financial support but would like to request a payment plan, please contact us. This information is confidential and not shared with any campers or educators.

• All Other Programs

The registration forms for all programs should include an option, in the payment section, to request financial support. You may register for the program or contact education@cedarcirclefarm.org with any questions.

At Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center, we strive to support our community as best we can. This could not be possible without generous individual donations—enabling us to provide families and individuals with financial support, increase equity in our programs, and create educational opportunities for more children as well as learners of all ages.
