Blueberries & Cranberries at Thetford Elementary

**The new blueberry patch at Thetford Elementary School is located in the courtyard just behind their outdoor reading room. **

The Thetford Elementary School theme gardens and school lunch beds are more than half planted. Cat spent time with 1st and 2nd graders last week planting the crops the students started in the classrooms and donated plants from Cedar Circle Farm, Crossroads Farm, and will work more with the students next week. Brand new at the school this year a blueberry and cranberry patch! The bushes were donated by E.C. Brown’s Nursery and the school garden committee, and 4th and 5th grade students helped Cat to plant it.
