Tracey Saunders

Development Director

Tracey is a longtime resident of the Upper Valley and has spent many days at Cedar Circle Farm with friends and family. Over the years, her visits have evolved from relaxed café outings to hours in the sandbox with her kids, but her connection to the farm and its role in the community has remained a constant source of joy; it’s her “happy place.”

She joined the team as Development Director in April 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a background in higher education, theatre, and special education. Tracey is passionate about storytelling, building relationships, and supporting work that brings people together around shared purpose.

Outside of life on the farm, Tracey wears many hats, including full-time shuttle driver for her kids. She enjoys being outdoors, whether she’s learning to garden, hiking, biking, skiing, or practicing yoga. She’s always up for a conversation about travel or Broadway musicals, and is happiest when surrounded by a strong sense of connection.
