Phoebe Altman
Vegetable Production Lead
Phoebe comes from Chester, New York and recently finished a degree in Environmental Studies at Dartmouth College. She is passionate about pursuing soil and farm ecosystem health, as well as making sustainable farming practices more accessible for farmers around the country.
Before coming to Cedar Circle, she spent years working on her family’s vegetable and berry farm in New York, as well as time working on a dairy farm in New Zealand, and on a regenerative sheep and beef farm in middle Tennessee.
Outside of the farm, you will find her tinkering on her old Saab, hiking with her dog, cycling, or playing competitive scrabble!
