Scholarship Program

We strive to make our education programs accessible to individuals of all ages, regardless of financial barriers. We have partial and complete need-based financial support available through our scholarship program. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to summer camp families. Our guidelines are structured using the American Camp Association’s Income Eligibility guidelines.

To apply, please access the financial assistance request form via the camp registration link. If you have any questions or are unable to access the application, please contact us at scholarships@cedarcirclefarm.org.

Payment plans are also available. If you are not applying for financial support but would like to request a payment plan, please contact us. This information is confidential and not shared with any campers or educators.

At Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center, we strive to support our community as best we can. This could not be possible without generous individual donations—enabling us to provide families and individuals with financial support, increase equity in our programs, and create educational opportunities for more children as well as learners of all ages.
