Financial Support

We strive to make our education programs accessible to individuals of all ages, regardless of financial barriers. We have partial and complete need-based financial support available to those for whom cost is a barrier to participation. Our financial support is given on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to summer camp families.

Please reference our Financial Support Guidelines. Our guidelines are structured using the American Camp Association’s Income Eligibility guidelines.

• Summer & School Vacation Camps

To apply, please access the financial assistance request form via the camp registration link. If you have any questions or are unable to access the application, please contact us at education@cedarcirclefarm.org.

Payment plans are also available. If you are not applying for financial support but would like to request a payment plan, please contact us. This information is confidential and not shared with any campers or educators.
 

• All Other Programs

The registration forms for all programs should include an option in the payment section to request financial assistance. You may register for the program and select 'Requesting Financial Assistance', after which you will receive an email with a link to our Financial Assistance Request form. If there is not an option to request financial assistance in a program's registration form, please send an email to education@cedarcirclefarm.org. As always, contact education@cedarcirclefarm.org or call the farm at (802) 785- 4737 with any questions.

At Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center, we strive to support our community as best we can. This could not be possible without generous individual donations—enabling us to provide families and individuals with financial support, increase equity in our programs, and create educational opportunities for more children as well as learners of all ages.
