Cancellation & Refund Policies
Camps
Summer Camp
- For withdrawals more than 3 months (90 days) from the first day of your scheduled camp week, we will refund your tuition less the non-refundable deposit(s).
- For withdrawals 2-3 months (60-89 days) from the first day of your scheduled camp week, we will refund 75% of the tuition, less the deposit(s).
- For withdrawals 2 months (30-59 days) from the first day of your camp week, we will refund 50% of the tuition, less the deposit(s).
- We do not refund withdrawals less than 1 month (29 days) from the first day of your camp week.
Spring Camp
- For withdrawals more than 1 month (30 days) before the first scheduled day of camp, we will refund your tuition 100% less the deposit.
- We do not refund withdrawals within 29 days of the start of camp.
February Camp
- For withdrawals more than 1 month (30 days) before the first scheduled day of camp, we will refund your tuition 100%.
- We do not refund withdrawals within 29 days of the start of camp.
Little Farmers
Punch Card
The card is non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used in the calendar year it is purchased.
Day Of Registration
This program fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Inclement Weather Cancellations
Classes are subject to cancellation if the weather poses travel safety concerns. If a class is cancelled, we will send an update directly to all Punch Card Holders via email, and add a cancellation message on our Little Farmers Class Descriptions page. Classes will also be truncated if weather becomes unsafe. In the case of a truncated class that you are attending, you will be reimbursed for 50% of the class if more than 50% of the class time is cancelled.
Workshops
- Cooking workshops: If a cancellation is requested more than 1 week prior to the class, a 50% refund will be given.
- All other workshops: If a cancellation is requested more than 1 week prior to the class, a full refund will be given.
We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations within 1 week of the class. If the minimum number of participants (unique to each class) is not met within one week of the class, we will cancel the class and issue 100% refunds.

Cooking for Middle Schoolers
For withdrawals requested more than 1 month prior to the first class, a 100% refund will be made, less a $25 deposit. For withdrawals requested within 1 month of the first class, no refunds will be given. No refund will be given if a student misses any part of the program due to illness or dismissal.
If the minimum number of participants (5) is not met two weeks prior to the start date of the session, we will cancel the program and issue 100% reimbursement.
Events
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend the event. However, if Cedar Circle must cancel the event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
Homeschool
- For withdrawals more than 2 weeks before your first day of the program, full refunds will be given, minus a $60 processing fee.
- For withdrawals within 2 weeks of the first day of the program, refunds will only be given if a substitute can be made from a waitlist.
- No refunds will be given if a student misses any part of the program for any reason.
If the minimum number of participants (5) is not met two weeks prior to the start date of the session, we will cancel the program and issue 100% reimbursement.

Field Trips
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your registered program or if you need to adjust the number of participants. We would always prefer to reschedule your field trip if you need to cancel the day-of, so please reach out as soon as you know you’re not able to make it so we can inform our education team and get you on the schedule for a make-up date.
