NOFA Farm Share

We participate in NOFA-VT’s Farm Share Program, making our certified organic produce available at a reduced cost to Vermonters in need of financial assistance through discounted CSA shares. When you sign up for a CSA you pay in advance for a portion (or “share”) of the farm’s upcoming harvest and, in return, receive farm-grown food all season long. This sales model provides participants with consistent access to local, in-season food and helps to provide predictable income for farmers.

NOFA-VT established the Farm Share Program in 1995 to provide Vermonters more equitable access to healthy, local food while ensuring farmers are compensated for their work. The program has grown from serving a dozen individual families and three farms to over 560 Vermont families and more than 60 farms in 2025.

How To Participate

If you are interested in receiving a subsidized farm share this season, you can apply for assistance through NOFA-VT and sign up for a CSA Card that can be used to purchase produce, vegetable starts, and grocery items at our farmstand and our booth at the Lebanon and Norwich farmers’ markets.

Applications for NOFA-VT’s 2026 Farm Share Program will be open February 1st - February 28th, 2026.

If you want to support Cedar Circle in providing these discounted shares, you can donate to our NOFA Farm Share Fund, which we’ll use to cover our portion of the subsidized share.
