Event FAQ

What if it rains on the day of the event?
Our rain plan is to move the event indoors, to a space with a max capacity of 150 people. And if it’s not raining, we’ll be able to increase the event capacity. Fingers crossed!

Are food and drink included?
Meal tickets can be purchased separately for $20 a person and include a main, 2 sides, cornbread, and dessert. You are more than welcome to bring your own food, if you’d like to! Drinks will be available for purchase on-site.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes and no. While you are welcome to bring outside food, BYOB (alcoholic beverages) is not allowed due to insurance and licensing regulations.

Is there seating at the event?
Plan to bring your own picnic blankets, camping chairs, and other seating, if you can. A limited number of picnic tables will be available.
