Gail Langeloh

Interim Kitchen Manager

Gail joined the Kitchen crew in 2016 where she learned many new ways to use her background in nutrition to prepare healthy foods for the farm stand. As of 2020, she’s our Interim Kitchen Manager. In addition to assisting with managing the kitchen, she enjoys creating healthy prepared foods, baked goods and salads with Cedar Circle’s stellar produce. Before coming to Cedar Circle, Gail spent 10 years working as a nutrition researcher at Dartmouth College. She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from UMASS Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Behavior from Hampshire College. When she’s not creating nutritious foods at Cedar Circle, she’s gardening or floating on the Connecticut River
