Summer Camp Mentor Educator (2025)
Full-time, Seasonal
June 16 - August 15, 2025
Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is hosting the ninth year of its unique, farm-based summer day camp program for children ages 6-11. Eight individual weeks of camp, Monday to Friday, are scheduled from June 23 to August 15, with a mandatory staff training session from June 16 to 20. The camp day runs from 9 am to 4 pm, and the Mentor Educator’s time on the farm will typically be 8:30 to 4:30. There is a capacity of 30 campers per week, and Educators guide groups of about 10 during camp activities and farm explorations. The Mentor Educator floats between groups and activities throughout the day, assisting the Educators, and helps to guide the Mentors In Training (MITs) with the Head Educator. MITs and, sometimes, adult volunteers may also be available to assist activities.
