Pricing

Basic Flower Package: $450 + delivery fee, depending on mileage

  • Flowers to fill 40 vases (roughly the size of wide mouth quart ball jars) for your table and aisle arrangements.*
  • Undivided attention of our expert flower staff as they guide you through harvesting and arranging.
  • Scissors and buckets for harvesting and a shady area with tents, arranging space, and a picnic table for your comfort.
  • One drink coupon per person to be used at our Hello Café during your visit.

*If we find that the number or size of your arrangements are substantially more than average, we reserve the right to adjust pricing as needed.

Per Pound Package: $75 service fee + flowers by the pound + delivery fee, depending on mileage

  • Flowers to fill 15 or fewer vases or to create a delicate look with fewer stems per vase.*
  • Undivided attention of our expert flower staff as they guide you through harvesting and arranging.
  • Scissors and buckets for harvesting and a shady area with tents, arranging space, and a picnic table for your comfort.
  • One drink coupon per person to be used at our Hello Café during your visit.

*For the per pound package, prices will be calculated the day of your appointment.

Add Ons: Items such as bouquets and corsages can be added to the Basic Package for an additional fee. We will pick flowers together and our floral team will create your bouquets and other items on-site, with your input. See our detailed breakdown of prices for selected add-ons.

Booking & Payment

Booking: Our pick-your-own flower season runs from mid-June through the last week of September. Email Michelle at michelle@cedarcirclefarm.org to book a date* and discuss your ideas. Once you’re booked, we’ll send you the link to our wedding flower purchase page, where you will be able to review the add-on options and make your selections.

*We recommend cutting your flowers 1–2 days before your event.

Payment: Payment is due the day of your appointment and can be paid in the farmstand. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. There is no deposit required to book an appointment.


The Details

When you arrive for your appointment, please park in our farmstand parking lot. Our flower staff will greet you in the farmstand and give you coupons for tea and coffee from our Hello Café.

While you and your party enjoy your drinks and perhaps some baked good from our farm kitchen, our staff will be setting up your vases* and preparing for you to begin cutting and arranging.

*You will need to bring all of the vessels that you plan on using for your event, washed out and ready to go. Before your appointment, please remove any unnecessary lids and make sure that all your containers can hold water without leaking.

When it’s time to begin cutting, you will be provided with scissors and buckets and head across the street to our one-acre flower garden. Once the flowers are picked, you will begin arranging your flowers and creating your centerpieces. A staff member will be with you at all times to help guide you, help with arrangements, and answer any questions you may have.

Once your arrangements are complete, you can either take them with you or leave them with us to be stored in our cooler until the day of your event. We offer delivery or you can come back to pick them up on the day of your event. Delivery prices are based on mileage and there is a $25 fee for storage.
