Kitchen Manager

Theo joined the farm kitchen crew in 2016. She graduated from the Professional Pastry Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, MA in 2008 and moved up to Vermont in 2009 to open Trap Door Bakehouse & Cafe in Quechee, where she introduced the Upper Valley to a wide variety of savory and pastry treats.

Theo’s life long passion for cooking can be felt in everything she makes, and she welcomes the opportunity to work with such stellar produce on the farm.
