Steph joined Cedar Circle’s Education Team in June of 2021. She was in search of a role that would allow her to combine her love of experiential learning environments, creative thinking, and connecting with nature, and Cedar Circle was a perfect fit.
Prior to joining the team, she worked as an advisor, instructor, and program coordinator at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. While she loves teaching college students, she is thrilled to be working for an organization that caters to learners of all ages.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience and a master’s degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in creativity and cognition from Texas A&M University. When she is not leading nature based activities or daydreaming about pumpkins, Steph can most likely be found admiring maple trees, honing her calligraphy skills, practicing yoga, or making a batch of fiery salsa.
