Megan Dilling
Processing Area Lead
Megan joined the Cedar Circle team in April of 2022 on the veggie crew and took on the role of Processing Area Lead in August. She is originally from Minnesota but moved out east for her husband’s new job. Megan has a degree in Environmental Studies which led to her pursuing conservation work. She is really excited to work on an organic farm with her dreams of homesteading and living off the land in the future.
Megan loves to spend time adventuring with her husband, Joshua, and dog, Freya. She also enjoys baking and quilting, along with pickling various veggies from the farm. Working at Cedar Circle has been an amazing experience for her and she cannot wait to see what next season brings.
