Malice Fabel
Annual & Perennial Lead
Malice joined the team as our Annual and Perennial Lead in 2022, after moving to the Upper Valley two years prior. She spends her time on the farm working in the greenhouses and cut flower garden—watering and deadheading plants, checking on blooms in the garden and taking inventory for upcoming events, making beautiful displays for the farmstand, and helping our customers find the plants they need to bring their garden dreams to life!
Malice received an associate’s degree in Environmental Horticulture from Butte College in Oroville, California. She intended to study accounting, but after taking one plant science course she decided to change focus. She went on to work for the Horticulture Department at Butte, in the farm-to-table garden at Sierra Nevada Brewery, and a few other nurseries along the way!
When not on the farm, Malice often spends her time playing video games and hanging out with her dog. She’d like to thank Dr. Kerry Monlux, the professor of that plant science course who swayed her to change her studies and who was her introduction to the world of flowers.
