Anna joined the Cedar Circle Farm management team in the spring of 2011. In her current role, she heads up our marketing efforts and uses her graphic design skills to create all of the print marketing materials for the farm.
Prior to taking on the Marketing Manager role, Anna managed the farmstand and Hello Café for 8 seasons, working with the retail staff to sell all of the delicious produce and products grown and produced at the farm, as well as all of the local, organic, and specialty grocery items bought in from other farms and producers.
Before coming to Cedar Circle Farm, she spent time on the West Coast, where she was the Volunteer Services Coordinator for the San Francisco Food Bank. While in California, she also worked for Slow Food Nation. She helped organize the Victory Garden Project, which brought a productive vegetable garden to San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza to educate the public about sustainable agriculture and healthy food.
Anna has worked on a number of organic farms around her home state of Vermont – in the fields, in greenhouses, with kids, and in retail. She loves the Cedar Circle Farm community and is always excited to meet and work with people who share her commitment to local and organic agriculture, food justice, and cooking and eating delicious food.
