Chive Dip

You don’t need to buy pre-made dip when it is so easy to make your own! Serve chilled with raw or roasted rainbow roots (red and gold beets, carrots, parsnips, blue potatoes).

From the farm: garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, fresh chives

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 c olive oil
  • 1 1/4 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 c low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1 1/4 T honey
  • to taste fresh chives finely chopped

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly mix.
