In the farmstand: cabbage, carrots, kohlrabi, onion, apple cider vinegar , hot sauce
Ingredients
- raw cabbage shredded
- carrots chopped
- kohlrabi chopped small or julienned
- onion peeled & diced
- 1 T apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar
- to taste hot sauce Try Cedar Circle Farm hot sauce
- to taste salt
Instructions
Combine cabbage, onions, carrots and kohlrabi. Add vinegar, salt and hot sauce. Let this salad sit for an hour or so before you eat it. It’s great with black beans.
