You don’t need to buy pre-made dip when it is so easy to make your own! Serve chilled with raw or roasted rainbow roots (red and gold beets, carrots, parsnips, blue potatoes).
In the farmstand: garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, plain low-fat yogurt, honey, fresh chives
Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 c olive oil
- 1 1/4 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 c plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 c low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 1/4 T honey
- to taste fresh chives finely chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly mix. Garnish with the pretty purple chive flowers for presentation!
